Accessing Subitem Template App from the Item View

First, make sure the Subitem Column is added to your Board. 

Then, click on any item in the Project and choose 'Add View':

Next, locate and add the Subitem Template widget and click "Add to Item":

The App is now available within your current Project Board, and you can create your first subitem template
