Introducing the redesigned Myndbend Process Manager app
This is a major release with an improved user-experience and technical architecture.
- New UX without modals over your ticket information. All forms and confirmations now are loaded in the ticket sidebar view.
- New registration and application setup process for new accounts.
- New overview page with useful data for existing accounts.
- Free accounts now have limited access to Myndbend Manage area. This is useful for helpful information and messages.
- Zendesk admins can now send messages to your agents or other admin users from within the Myndbend application. (beta option, premium feature)
- Ticket and ticket templates now allow "Parent ticket assignee" as requester option.
- New trigger/target available to automatically add approvers by email. (premium feature)
- Client translated to French (beta). More languages coming soon.
- Export all ticket data, including approvals and comments (premium feature)
- Add approvers from a Zendesk group - new trigger/target available in the Advanced Config (premium feature)
- Caching system improved and users will be notified when reload is needed.
- Retry ticket creation when failures occur.
- All settings have been moved into the app. Now you have all the app related settings in one admin page.
- Triggers and targets installation process improved with better error handling.
