Myndbend Process Manager 4.1.2.1 hotfix has been deployed on April 26th, 2019 to allow multiple Zendesk accounts, with the Myndbend Process Manager app, to be open in the same browser session. Prior to this fix, multiple instances of Myndbend Process Manager app would result in mixed sessions, confusing the agent by showing the same templates/configuration across all instances even if they've been purposely differentiated.
