In certain cases, you might need to update username and password on one of the targets that MPM created.
Start by navigating to Zendesk Settings, and click on the Extensions tab. There, you will be able to see all of the targets in your account:
Click on "Edit" for the one you wish to edit.
In a separate tab, click on MPM Icon in the left nav bar of your screen and navigate to "Advanced config". You will get a page with a number of available targets that MPM offers. Under each of them, you will see the username and password:
Click on the eye icon to reveal the whole password.
Copy those parameters into the Username and Password fields on the targets page.
First, test the target. You should get alert with the message:
The message was successfully sent. Check to see if you received a message in your target
This means that our servers have received the message, and you can proceed to update.
Once you do that, change the dropdown field to Update target and click submit:
