The editor app gives you options to search for articles, copy links to articles or sections and paste into your comments, copy snippets of articles into your comments.
The ticket sidebar app immediately displays the ticket requester's subscriptions to sections and articles. You also have options to search and copy/paste links to content. Click the people icon next to a section or article and see who else has subscribed to that content.
