- An agent might want to give a non-standard discount
- There is legal documentation that the legal team needs to review and approve
- The company requires approval in order to move the deal to the next stage

Your agents can easily request approval by searching for the approver (or approver group) directly in the deal sidebar. Once approvers are added in, they will receive an automated approval email (that can be fully customized) informing them about the approval request as well as giving them an option to act directly from within the email.
Throughout the whole approval process, Myndbend Approval Manager logs all of the approval events that happen - When approvers were added in, who added them, when they submitted their decisions, etc. That way, a full audit trail is available at a glance!
