In the top bar app, on the Mail Template page, admins can enable and customize the emails that will be sent out to the approvers each time approver is added to the deal, or if an approval request is resent to the approver.
If the option Send approval emails is disabled - the approver will not receive any emails about the approval requests. As soon as the option is enabled, admins will see two additional fields - Subject and Body:
In those fields, admins can customize how the approval email for their organization will look like, and what data will it show.
Using a plethora of placeholders that we've integrated with our app, available by clicking Available Placeholders, admins can insert relevant data from the deal itself in order to give more context to the approvers on what they are reviewing.
Body of the mail template also supports HTML & CSS, so admins can integrate email template designs that match the company style guidelines.
