In order to contact approvers in a certain order (sequence) on a Zendesk ticket, you’ll need to create an Approval Group. The option Add approvers sequentially to a ticket based on the order above must be enabled.
Currently, Myndbend™️ Process Manager stops the process of approvals if an approver, in sequence, has denied. The assumption is that the approvers further up in the chain would not be asked to approve if one of the initial approvers has denied the request.
However, some workflows require the process of approval requests to continue regardless. If this is your requirement, you will need to enable the setting "Check to add next approver in sequence regardless of denials" in the app settings (Apps > Manage > Myndbend Process Manager > Settings > Approval Settings tab).
