Myndbend recently introduced new pricing plans with additional features to power your workflows. To enable our team to continuously improve and scale the app, we have made the difficult decision to end our free plan beginning April 1st.
We encourage you to sign up for a trial before April 1st to continue use of the app. Upon trial expiration (no earlier than April 15th), you'll lose access to Myndbend Process Manager unless you switch to one of our paid plans.
We understand transition from a free account to paid is tough so we're offering a 50% discount on the first year of any paid license. We realize you may have questions or concerns. Why are you removing the free version of the app?
In order to continue providing top-notch service and enhancing our workflow automation and approval features, we're transitioning to a fully paid plan and removing our free app from the marketplace.
Maintaining and improving our app's functionality and features requires significant resources and investment from our team. By moving to a paid model, we can ensure that we continue to provide our customers with the best possible software and support long into the future.
We understand that this shift may come as a surprise, but please know that it is crucial for us to sustainably support our customers' needs and maintain the quality of our technology.
To make the transition a bit easier, we are offering all currently unpaid customers 50% off the first year's license of Myndbend Process Manager. We are also happy to schedule a meeting to walk you through all of our App's features and some of the common use cases we solve in Zendesk.
How do I sign up for a trial?
Visit the Myndbend Process Manager app in the Zendesk agent nav bar and click on Overview. You will then see the trial form. If you do not see the trial form, you may already be in a paid plan. Please have your administrator contact the Myndbend support team if you have any questions.
Are you billing for all agents?
Yes, Myndbend Process Manager licensing includes every agent that you are billed for in Zendesk Support. Read more about Zendesk agent count billing here.
Who can approve tickets in Myndbend Process Manager?
Anyone with an email address can be an approver, including End Users and Light Agents in Zendesk. Billing is based on Zendesk agent count, not on the count of approvers.
I need some add-on features that are not included in my plan but don’t need the higher plan. Can I get those?
Users on the Premium plan can purchase additional add-on features. To get them enabled, please contact our support team at support@myndbend.com.
