Sometimes you will want to pass the parent ticket's attachments to the child tickets when they are created. To have the attachment URLs display in the child ticket's description, you may use the Myndbend placeholder "%parent_ticket_attachments%" in the template description field.
When child tickets are created from the parent ticket, the ticket description will display the file name, linked to the parent ticket's attachment URL. Note, the children tickets will not be kept up to date with parent ticket attachment updates.
