Zendesk macros give agents a quick and consistent way to apply content to a ticket. Instead of an agent selecting a macro manually, we can automatically apply a macro to a child ticket during creation where the macro's content is coming from the parent ticket. This is useful if you want to use placeholders for the parent ticket's comments, custom fields, etc in your child tickets.
To have this macro content displayed in the child ticket's description, you may use the Myndbend placeholder "%macro_<macro_id>%" in the template description field, where <macro_id> is the ID of the macro do you want to include. The macro ID can be found by editing the macro in Zendesk and grabbing the ID number from the url in your browser.
Important: At this time, this placeholder will only work when a ticket is created by a trigger that calls the "MPM Create Child Tickets" target or "MPM Sequence Child Tickets" target.
