When you begin the new trial of our Process Manager, there are 3 steps you'll need to do:
- Review the settings - You'll be able to change the settings so they fit your needs. Once you are done, click save and move to the next step. Keep in mind, you can always change these later on.
- Set API access - Create a new API token in Zendesk settings. Fill in the email (email must be from one of your admin accounts), enter API token and click save.
- Install Triggers and Targets - Our app will automatically install the necessary triggers and targets that are used in various functionalities of our app.
