In the email notification regarding the approval, your users will have an option to Review Approval Request.
This will take them to an external page:
On this page, your Approvers can get more information about the ticket in question, approve/deny/delegate, or comment on it.
On this page, you can include any fields that are on the ticket form, either as read-only fields, for more info, or as editable fields so your Approvers can fill in additional info if needed.
Besides the current ticket, your approvers can use the My Approvals tab which will show them all of the approval requests they are a part of at the moment (so they can see what they need to review at a glance):
