Jira Issue templates let you define all of the data that goes into a issue from Zendesk. Now, you can predefine different data, such as the project the issue will be assigned, subject, description, assignee, requestor, etc. in a template that can be reused each time this kind of issue is triggered.
You can find ticket templates by navigating to the Myndbend Process Manager Admin app > Jira > Issue Templates, as seen in the following screenshot:
The additional fields will only appear after you select the Connection, Project, and Issue Type, as they are dependent on these initial selections and the configuration of the connection.
In the Subject and Description, you can use a Myndbend place holder to pull information from the ticket using a macro!
